1. Free Pick-up & Drop-off Zones
Coverage: We provide FREE round-trip transfers (Hotel ↔ Pier) for all guests booked for our diving tours and certification courses.
Service Areas: This free service applies to hotels within the central districts of our operating locations (e.g., Central Nha Trang, Duong Dong Town, and the Bai Truong area in Phu Quoc).
Note: Upon booking, our team will verify your hotel address and confirm if it falls within our complimentary pick-up zone.
2. Support for Remote Locations
Outside Service Areas: If your hotel or resort is located outside the central hub (e.g., secluded resorts or the North of Phu Quoc island), we are still more than happy to arrange a transfer for you.
Surcharge: In these cases, a small additional fee may apply to cover fuel and distance.
Transparency: Any applicable surcharges will be clearly communicated and quoted to you as soon as you provide your accommodation details.
