Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: Can I take the course if I am a weak swimmer?
A: You need to be able to swim 200m continuously and float for 10 minutes. While you don’t need to be an athlete, being comfortable in the water is key. The course focuses on diving skills rather than swimming strokes.
Q: How long does it take to finish?
A: Usually 3–4 days. However, we encourage learning at your own pace. Your comfort and confidence underwater are our top priorities.
Q: Where is the SSI OWD certificate recognized?
A: SSI certifications are internationally recognized (just like PADI). You can use your digital C-Card to dive at any dive center globally.
